King Cobra (Rajavambala)
is the world's longest venomous snake, with a length that can be as large as 5.6 m (18.5 ft). This species is widespread, but found mostly in Southern Kerala, Trivandrum is the place this snakes love to live, The "snake-eater" eats sizable pythons and even smaller members(Not Member of Parliament) of its own species and the snake is fully capable of killing a human with a single bite. They have already started spreading their presence in each and every corner of the world.
Cobra (Moorkhan) native to the Indian subcontinent, mostly seen in Angamaly, Kothamangalam and Kochi areas. It is the most famous of the Big Four, the four most venomous snakes of India for which a single polyvalent antivenin has been created. Like other cobras, N. naja is famous for its threat display involving raising the front part of its body and spreading its hood. This snake is revered in Indian mythology and culture and is often seen with snake-charmers. It is now protected in India under the Indian Wildlife Protection Act (1972). They are smart in developing the City, They allow all other species to enter into their area and give a way to develop the city, in the end they know how to get it back too...

Python (Malampambu)Pythons are large and muscular and kill their prey by squeezing mostly seen in Palakkad side. Although most feed on small mammals, some large species can kill and swallow small pigs and goats. Rarely have they killed humans. Pythons range from 1 to 10 m (3 to 33 ft) long and weigh up to 140 kg (300 lb). The female lays 15 to 100 eggs which cant be used for bull's eye. This Palakkadan snakes migrate to Tamil Nadu for their daily survival, but they never allow other's to enter in their area.
Russell's Viper (mandali) Mainly seen in Northern Kerala - Specially Kannur and Kazargode, A highly poisonous snake, The fangs of the snake are large, while its tail is quite small. The length of the snout-vent is 1025 to 1080 mm. The color of the Russells Viper of India may be dark brown, brownish-yellow or brownish-gray, with black or brown oval spots edged with black/white. The are revolutionists they have their own views and they fight till they die.


The Common Krait(Valli Kattan) is a type of krait that is found in Kozhikode Malappuram and Wayanad areas. This snake is a highly venomous snake and is one of the "big four" snakes in India. The body colour varies from a dark steely blue-black to a pale faded bluish grey. The average length is 1 meter. Subcaudal scales after the anal scales are not divided. The male is larger than the female and also has a longer tail, They produce their ofsprings in neighbrouing states too, They Dominate in Gulf.

Echis carinatus (Churutta) is a venomous viper species found in parts Pathanamthitta and Kollam. It is the smallest of the Big Four dangerous snakes of India. Size ranges between 38 and 80 cm in length, but usually no more than 60 cm. Head distinct from neck, snout very short and rounded. The nostril between three shields and head covered with small keeled scales, They resembles the nature of Rajavambala, If they get a prey they will never leave it go.
